slippery when frozen
My poor husband messed up his back pretty bad this week... slipped on some ice while walking into his office... he tried to grab onto a chain link fence to keep from falling, but that ended up just making things worse. The doctor says his recovery time is anywhere from 3-6 weeks... talk about watching yer step! The doc added that "this is not an excuse for your wife to do everything."The doctor is a woman ;)

sorry bout the hubby. that sucks. and hurts. :X
however, if you are like me, you'll probably end up doing everything anyway. damn that maternal instinct.

Mebbe he can do some stuff around the house! Oh well. Stand by your man, or just sit nearby is OK, too.

That's nothin'. I just got out of bed one day and wrecked my back. It wasn't ready yet and revolted! Couldn't put any pressure on my left leg for two days. Finally got over it about a week later.
